A telephone system maintenance contract from O'Brien Communications would give you peace of mind should the worst happen. Our telephone maintenance contracts are designed to meet your business needs.

Telephone maintenance contract types

At O'Brien Communications we believe in being flexible to our customers needs and offer four types of telephone system maintenance cover.

  • Fully inclusive maintenance covering both parts and labour to necessitate the efficient repair of your telephone system.
  • Parts only maintenance covering all parts need for repair but not labour, labour would be charged at a discounted rate from our normal hourly charges.
  • Retained maintenance contract, parts and labour are chargeable but we will respond to your call with the same urgency as a fully maintained or parts only maintenance contract.
  • Ad-Hoc maintenance, no annual contract but all calls will be treat as low priority and fitted into the normal work schedule.

Telephone maintenance contract response times

On our telephone maintenance contracts we have several levels of response designed to meet individual business needs, they are as follows.

  • Standard Response : Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:00,major fault calls responded to within 4 working hours, minor fault calls responded to within 16 working hours.
  • Extended Response : Monday to Saturday 9:00 to 5:00,major fault calls responded to within 4 working hours, minor fault calls responded to within 16 working hours.
  • Weekend Response : Monday to Sunday 9:00 to 5:00,major fault calls responded to within 4 working hours, minor fault calls responded to within 16 working hours.
  • 24hr Response: Monday to Sunday ,major fault calls responded to within 4 hours, minor fault calls responded to within 16 hours.

If you are not able to supply the information we can arrange an engineer to visit your premises and survey the equipment free of charge.
